Family Owned and Operated 

Mark and Cynda Trudell, have worked together for over 20 years and have experience in both fine dinning, corporate dinning, private cooking on site and providing school lunches on a daily basis. No staffing services have ever been used. 

Most of our staff has been with us for over 10 years and for one reason: we enjoy what we do and love working with each other! That, in turn, results in your event filled with a hard working staff who are happy and gracious!
